Absolutely the best! The staff were super friendly, polite, and on their jobs! Its a place where you feel like you matter and the doctor/nurse practitioner whatever she was, made you feel like a human. Awesome experience! This was my second time going to them and the first was just as good!

I love this clinic! They are always so sweet & if you need plan b or condoms they provide you with them for free! They always make me feel very comfortable & safe 😊💗

I love coming here! Ive never felt so seen and heard before! Ive been coming here for about 2 years and will continue to do so! They inform you of the many resources that are avalible too! Im glad thats there is one in the Antelope Valley! Thank you to the amazing people behind the FPA!

FPA is awesome!! 👍👍 My first visit I was tested for everything like sti, pregnancies, and so on ... First Papsmear in the last five years!!👏👏 I had a hard time trying to get another Papsmear!! I went and took a Blood Test the Test came back that there was Food 🥝 🍗 poison in my system!! I immediately rushed to the hospital!! 🏥 Thank You!! FPA!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ Will comeback again!!🙂😁

The exam room I was in was not thoroughly clean. I saw specks of blood on the floor near the exam table. Very fine specks but I easily notice because I was in the medical field. I did not like the procedure it was very uncomfortable. I do appreciate the kindness of some of the staff.

Definitely a 10 thank you Mercedes for your gentleness when you drew my blood and thank you to Maria my intake nurse for your kindness and understanding and the way you explained everything in detail last but not least thank you Mrs Jordan my doctor for understanding my concerns and wellness when it came down to my health.

Super nice place, felt like the staff actually cared, took care of me for first gyno visit and gave me helpful resources to follow up w an actual hospital

They did a better job here then at palmdale regional hospital. I didnt have to wait long to be called in. Services where fast and easy. I appreciate this clinic for making sure I was okay. Took care of me right away and got me the surgery I needed. Big thanks to Jordan and her supervisor. Everyone was nice and very professional.

Always loved going here when it comes to exams or for birth control but this recent experience i had was horrible. Monica and Carmen made my experience very uncomfortable from the start. i was put in a room with carmen and when she was asking me general questions about me, i felt discriminated and judged. To make a comment about my weight is fine im very confident about myself but to laugh about it with her fellow coworker is actually crazy. monica just had an attitude over all and you can tell she is not here for the patients, her only concern is herself. the other girls were super sweet and I wish the other took care of me instead of Carmen and Monica. Its those two that made me feel very uncomfortable and i honestly will not be going here anymore because of them. Ive been going here for about 3 years but i will be going to planned parenthood instead. I dont feel welcomed here anymore and do not feel safe and thats something because you guys are supposed to be a womens clinic.

My first visit here was very professional and well organized. I completed paperwork and all that in a timely manner which was great, was seen by multiple staff who were all very kind and helpful. Even when I cried. Twice. I would definitely recommend this place for any woman that wants to focus on her own health.

I always feel comfortable coming here for any time of service. They are clean and are always giving very informative information. Would definitely recommend this place, staff is very friendly. Ive never experienced any bad issues here! 🙂

I love this clinic! I had a hard time finding a good OBGYN but my friend referred me and it was a great decision. The staff are nice and respectful, they are also considerate of your time and won’t have you sitting for a long time.

The staff was wonderful Yeritza did an amazing job being thorough with me about all of the services they provided. My time was not wasted unlike most offices….They did every service I needed in the same day. Making an appointment was a breeze..i called on a Wednesday and got an appt that Friday. You can text them questions as well. I would highly recommend !!

I swear I stand by and live and breathe for the FPA. Ive been to different ones and at every location everyone has been so kind and gentle and patient and caring! Like I literally love all the employees that work for FPA. Im not religious but they are LITERALLY angels on this earth. Highly recommend and don’t be scared to go in!!

Place was quick and easy, clean! The front girls are super nice and professional. They helped me through the process. Only concern is privacy throughout exam. Medical assistant walked in with wide door while i was in my exam. But thats it, just bothered me a bit but not too much. PA was great and wo derful bedside mannor. But other then that everything was great. Follow up appt was set up before i even left the exam room. I really like that and i like that fact i was seen an hour before my appt time. Very professional!

After reading some great reviews on this location I decided to give it a try. I came in for an IUD removal and replacement and was welcomed by a lovely woman in the front reception area then was taken back to the nurse station to do the blood pressure and all that. The nurse was friendly and answered my questions to the best of her ability so that was nice. The doctor (unk name) however did not leave me feeling welcome. I was very nervous about getting the IUD again and was trying to ask questions but she just rushed me through them and showed no sympathy and little to no advise. The procedure went smoothly and quick but it was the way she treated me that was extremely off putting. After the IUD was placed she didn’t offer me any after care tips and didn’t tell me anyone would come to check on me, just left the room. Overall, the environment was fine but the treatment I received from this doctor was not ideal. Couldn’t imagine this being my first time having an IUD inserted and having her treat me with no empathy like that. I love the concept of this clinic but i would not come back to this location if it meant having to be treated by this doctor again. I do hope this was a one off situation for the sake of other women who come here.

It was my first time coming here and they were all super sweet. I got an IUD inserted yesterday morning and it didn’t hurt that much, Jordan was the one to do it would always ask me if i was okay or in any pain throughout the process. All the girls here were super sweet and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend. :)

Everyone was so nice. It was my 1st visit here and i felt comfortable, not judged nor pressured. The facility was very clean and not cluttered. I got everything i needed, i was well informed of my choices and the decision was all mine and i appreciate that. Ill be going back her for all my female health needs.

Super helpful and wonderful staff! Needed to go for birth control and they helped me get insurance so I wouldn’t pay for it. They were fast and efficient.

I was greeted and felt welcomed throughout my whole visit. All the staff were professional, helpful, informative, and respectful. I went on a week day- the wait time was reasonable both in the lobby and in the back office. I would recommended FPA Women’s Health!

Use to go to the mission hills office and then I found out they opened an office here and I was glad because it’s closer and it saves the drive. When I called I was greeted very kindly by a girl on the phone and made my call easy especially to make an appointment ask me for some demographics and found me easily in the system let me ask her question about other birth control options and she informed me of the options they have and when I showed up for my appointment I was advised and chose the best option for myself. The girl in the lab was very kind and gentle because I’m scared of needles she made it easy and spoke to me the whole time barely felt anything. All the nurses here were very nice the dr as well. I’m glad there is an FPA close to me and it’s one I felt welcomed in. I will be recommending this clinic to anyone I know that is in need of the services they provide for us.

Really nice made me feel comfortable wasnt judgmental about why I was there provided me with good information and the best options and gives me follow ups and side affects and what other stuff I was concerned about.

The service was fast and easy I was seen at the time I was promised , I was very worried they would take long because I had to be at work my appointment was at 8:10 to remove my nexplonon and by 8:45 I was out , very friendly and efficient staff thank you ladies

They had one patient before me and took me in before I had even finished filling out the paperwork. The staff was friendly and listened but the overall feeling was that they were not knowledgeable enough to deal with anything beyond a basic Pap. This location doesnt deal with anything else but I had hoped for some thoughts of what the problem could be, apart from being told to see my primary care provider or to make an appointment with a different location or facility. I felt like I was Intruding and bringing problems that they were ill equipped, both (technologically and through experience/ knowledge to deal with), but considering the way I felt going in, that could be a misleading or untrue statement. It did seem like the staff was mostly new and more of assistant physicians and technicians than anything else. For just the basics, like a pap or birth control though, its not a bad choice

Mercedes let me down using the wrong needle when I specifically told her a butterfly needle also to draw from my left she chose the right side. Then she asked Yezerita I think this may be spelled incorrectly. Raven was amazing except she sounded as if she was getting over a cold and she didn’t have on a mask.

Easy to make an appointment online. Very clean, all of the staff was very friendly, and I felt like my visit with the doctor was thorough and not rushed. My experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this location.

Location is very clean & staff is really sweet but The wait is ridiculous. 2 hours or more doesn’t matter what you there for. It just take way too long. Went for a pap & birth-control. Appt 10am wasn’t seen until 12:20

These ladies are extremely professional with a very clean facility. I was able to make an appointment with ease. I’m so glad that they have a new location which is so convenient. Keep up the good work ladies!

Really friendly people everyone was nice and all gave the patience to answer and explain to all my questions and really liked that they would double check that what they wanted to do was covered by my insurance before going further. So nice!

The PA, Jordan was amazing, very careful, and helpful. All the assistants were very nice, in general I loved the vive.

All the ladys there where nice, caring , answered all the questions I had concerns about. Let me say for what had gone in there for, they did not make me feel uncomfortable on at all during my app. I have a fallow up appointment this Wednesday.. after my fallow up, I will sure b more then happy to give fallow up about my next appointment.. I got an IUD for the first time today I was nervous about it but the practitioner was so helpful and made me feel better about the process it was very fast too I got a Pap smear and an iud and was only there for about an hour this has to be the most efficient and friendly womens clinic I’ve ever been to I definitely recommend coming to this clinic I’ve been here a few times already and each time it’s been a great experience thank you to all the friendly ladies at FPA 💛

Very professional, kind, and caring staff. I felt welcomed and taken care of. Clean offices inside. A bit tricky to spot from the street but ample parking in back made it super convenient.
