I wish I could give Dr. Singhal and this office more than five stars. I have had five previous surgeries for severe stage four endometriosis, usually driving into Manhattan for surgeons that were supposed to be the best of the best, but from the second I walked in the door of Dr. Singhal’s office, everything was different. Heis just incredibly kind and takes his time with patients, never makes you feel stupid or rushed. I trusted him immediately. Surgery was 11 days ago and went extremely well, he immediately came out and showed my wife pictures of what he found and what he had done so she would understand, and after my postop appointment today, I’m even more impressed. He exudes both skill and compassion, a combination that has proven to be difficult to find in surgeons. The office staff has also been incredible, Sarah and Courtney in particular have gone out of their way for me time and time again, answering my endless phone call questions and even calling me on the weekend after my surgery to ensure I had what I needed. I cannot recommend Dr. Singhal and his team enough.

I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Singhal, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the initial consultation to my post-op appointments, Dr. Singhal has provided the utmost excellent care. After 9 years of suffering daily and going from doctor to doctor, specialist to specialist, I finally found the one who would figure out what was wrong either me. I was truly shocked with how amazing his bedside manner is, as well as how wonderful his office staff is!! I had never met any healthcare professional more kind and dedicated than the staff here. I was even more surprised when I scheduled my surgery at my first appointment. I was not expecting to be taken seriously or brushed off, courtesy of my many past doctors visits. Dr. Singhal took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions, which greatly eased my anxiety. Even during pre-op/while I was being wheeled to the OR, he helped calm me down as did the wonderful pre-op and OR staff. Ill forever be grateful for how patient they were with me. When I woke up from surgery, Dr. Singhal had come to my bedside to inform me of his findings. Surprise, surprise! I was diagnosed (FINALLY) with stage 3 deep infiltrating endometriosis. All I remember is crying and being so relieved to finally have answers, to finally know it wasnt all in my head, and to finally have a doctor who believed me.His dedication to his patients is truly remarkable. I felt genuinely cared for at every stage of my treatment. I am now 11 days post-op and doing terrific! If you’re looking for a committed surgeon with extensive experience on endometriosis, look no further. Dr. Singhal, Dr. McLean and his team here are simply outstanding! I honestly cannot thank him enough for everything he has done, I truly feel so blessed. Let this review be a reminder to never stop advocating for yourself. You and your quality of life matters.

I wish I could leave ten stars because that’s what Dr. Singhal and his office deserves.Before I can leave a review, I have to share part of my journey thus far. Since I can remember, my periods have been painful and heavy. I suffer from back and leg pain, gastrointestinal issues, brain fog, pain during and after intercourse, and intense burning “knife- like” pain during urination and bowel movements.Previous doctors that I have seen have gaslit me, as well as dismissed and rushed me out of the door. My first gynecologist, word for word, told me that “ I needed to relax and have a drink” when I shared with her that I was experiencing intense pain during intercourse. The next gynecologist advised me to “just get pregnant” it will solve your endometriosis. This same doctor also performed my laparoscopic surgery and removed my lesions by way of an ablation. This is not the correct way to remove endometriosis. It needs to be excised.You will not find any of the above mentioned examples with Dr. Singhal because he is truly one of the kindest, gentlest, most genuine doctors/surgeons I have ever encountered. He is patient and listens to every word you say and advocates for you as his patient, as well as a human being. I have never felt so validated by a doctor before. He makes you feel safe and comfortable in knowing that you are in his care. He is beyond brilliant and I cannot recommend him enough. I am forever grateful to my friend who recommended I see him. I just had my laparoscopic excision surgery for my endometriosis with him on September 3rd. I can already feel myself healing all thanks to Dr. Singhal.Lastly, I want to also share that his staff is beyond amazing as well. They are kind, patient, personable individuals. They each take the time to listen to you when you call, which is rare to find in such a high volume setting. The office is beautiful and immaculate and how can I forget to mention George! Dr. Singhal and Dr. McLean changed my life! Theres not enough thanks in the world for their knowledge, talent, and bedside manner. It took me 8 years to get an endometriosis diagnosis. During my first visit I was given a diagnosis and plan for treatment. Surgery was completed within two months and my recovery has been stress free. My name is Allysa DeRosa. I am 17 days post-operation with Dr. Pankaj Singhal and Dr. Virginia McLean.They performed an endometrial excision surgery, full hysterectomy, and appendectomy. I can already feel the benefits of this surgery even though Im still recovering. I no longer have a jackhammer pain in my left hip that Ive been living with for several years. I no longer feel like I have a bowling ball lodged in my pelvis. And I no longer have immense rectal pain burning and tearing when I make a bowel movement. I was misdiagnosed for about 30 years, and endometriosis and adenomyosis invaded my entire pelvic region.I am very thankful that I found the doctors after a deep dive on the internet when none of my local specialists were able to help me. Dr. Singhal and his staff took care of me during a hard time in my life where the pain of fibroids and ovarian cyst were extremely problematic and extremely worrisome. I’m very grateful to have a very experienced surgeon like Singhal and McLean. I had a great recovery. His guidance during this time help me to heal well and I felt a great relief physically and mentally. His staff was absolutely wonderful. Sarah was very helpful communicating back to my employer. I am apart of a endometriosis support group on Facebook. I was scrolling through and saw NY Gynecology of Endometriosis and felt I needed to give them a call. Ive been searching for a specialist for a while.I met with Dr Pankaj Singhal and told him my issues and concerns.On Jan 25, 2024, I had my surgery. Just by the operative report I could tell all my issues and concerns were met.At my follow up appt the excitement that was all over Dr Singhal face made me know I made the best decision. Dr. Singhal has been an excellent medical provider from day one. I was a medical mystery for years until my consultation with him, in which he explained that the likelihood of endometriosis in my case was high. Im now almost two months post-op and my experience has been great. Hes a top tier surgeon as far as I can understand and I have trusted his expertise throughout the entire process, as did my family upon meeting him. It was a relief to finally have not only a diagnosis, but the treatment I have long needed. Im grateful for kind, knowledgeable doctors like him-- it makes all the difference. I cant recommend his office enough, as well as the resources he has about gynecological conditions on his website. My quality of life has already vastly improved because of him. He will continue to have this positive impact on his patients for as long as he practices.

I was referred to Dr Singhall from my primary GYN for surgery. My first meeting with him I was put at ease by his explanation of the procedure and what to expect. I had the best experience through out pre and post op surgery. Dr Singhall and Dr McLean popped in on me while I was being prepped for surgery. Just had surgery with Dr Singhal. What an amazing surgeon. From the 1st visit to my follow up, he has the best bedside manners of any doctor I have visited. Explained everything to me in terms that I can understand. Also he has one of the best front office staff. Everyone are kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

I recently had an ovarian cyst removed by Dr. Singhal. He thoroughly explained the procedure to me during my consultation (even drew me a picture) and helped calm me down in pre-op when I was being a big baby. Today at my follow-up appointment he was friendly and informative as always. My incisions are healing up beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Singhal. He and his staff are outstanding

Dr. Singal is amazing his gynecologist insite in precise and explains everything until you understand. From you go in for an office visit the staff is polite and helpful. I am 100% grateful that I was referred to him God bless him and his staff, great job done I love the results.
